The “Fill & Tie,” overcomes the problem of tying a slippery water balloon. The device screws onto a regular outside tap, and the balloon rolls on it to fill. When enough water is in the balloon, one of three concave projections is used to stretch the neck of the balloon and insert the top to make a knot. You no longer have to stretch the slippery balloon around your wet fingers and try to tie a knot. Making a water balloon becomes child’s play!
